Chairman

Michael Henry, son of co-founder the late Jack Henry, began his career at Jack Henry & Associates in 1979. He was the manager of Research and Development from 1983 to 1993, and has served on the board of directors since 1986. Henry assumed the position of senior vice president and vice chairman in 1993. The following year he succeeded his father as chairman of the board and was appointed chief executive officer. He continues to serve as chairman of the board today and resides in Tucson, Arizona. Henry is the father of two children and enjoys reading, traveling, an occasional round of golf, and a love of vintage automobiles.
