Vice Chairman and Executive Vice-President

Jerry Hall is a principal stockholder and the original “associate” of Jack Henry & Associates. He joined the company in 1977, serving as a director since the company’s incorporation that year. Hall served as vice president of Operations from 1977 until 1988. The following year he replaced Jack Henry as president, a position he held until 1993, and from 1990 through 1994, Hall served as the company’s chief executive officer. In October 1994 he began serving in his current position of executive vice president. Hall has been an integral part in making Jack Henry & Associates the success it is today. He and his wife, Pat, have three children and five grandchildren. The couple resides in rural Monett and enjoys spending time with their grandchildren.
