advocates permission-based email communication and requires our customers to
verify the opt-in method used before any of the e-mail addresses can be used
within our system. We forbid the transmission of unsolicited commercial email
(spam) via our system. We will never share, sell, or rent personal information
unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available
to employees responsible for managing this data.
If you receive an email from us, it is because you have opted-in to receive an
email from one or more of our opt-in categories: Company/Product Updates,
Invitations/Registrations, Marketing/Sales Promotions, Press/Media Releases,
Regulatory/Compliance Updates, Research, and Service Level
Announcements/Alerts.
We have taken an additional step for permission-based email communication by
utilizing technology for "verified opt-in" into our Web site email collection
tools. Any time someone adds their email address, using our name collection
tools, they will be sent an e-mail asking them to verify that they wish to
receive communications via email. If verification is not received, Jack Henry
will not send them any email.
