Enable your customers to change their debit card PIN with a phone call

PIN Change Service, provided by Jack Henry & Associates’ JHA Card Processing Solutions™​ (CPS), enables customers to change their PIN at any time of the day or night. If there’s a suspicion that a PIN has been compromised, the PIN change is a phone call away. PIN Change Service does not provide card activation or set the initial PIN, but does enable PIN changes if cardholders know their existing PIN.

This solution is available to banks automated by the SilverLake System®, CIF 20/20®, and Core Director® platforms.
