Jack Henry Named a Top Workplace by The Dallas Morning News for Ninth Consecutive Year

December 10, 2020

Company recognized for flexible work arrangements, inclusive culture

MONETT, Mo. – Jack Henry & Associates, Inc.® (NASDAQ:JKHY) is a leading provider of technology solutions and payment processing services primarily for the financial services industry. Today the company announced that it has been acknowledged as one of the 2020 Top Places to work in the Dallas-Fort Worth area by The Dallas Morning News. This is the ninth year in a row that Jack Henry has been named, making it one of only 13 companies to be recognized nine times or more. It ranked No. 8 in the Large Companies category, up 19 spots from last year.

The Dallas Morning News partnered with research partner Energage to analyze confidential employee surveys from nominated companies. Jack Henry has consistently been included in this ranking because of positive employee feedback in areas such as company culture, work-life balance and opportunities for advancement. One of Jack Henry’s three primary brands, ProfitStars, is headquartered in Allen, Texas (a Dallas suburb).

David Foss, president and CEO of Jack Henry, said, “The Dallas area has been a strategic hub for meetings, conferences, and talent over the years; it’s home to around 650 of our associates, me included. The idea of a best place to work goes far beyond office space in today’s environment, it is also about culture, inclusion and balance in a remote workforce. As such, this award is especially meaningful this year. We are proud to provide a supportive, dynamic environment that provides for the residents of Dallas in all their evolving needs. Together, we can support the community and help our many talented Dallas-Fort Worth residents continue to advance - both professionally and personally.”

Companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area (including Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Collin, Ellis, Johnson, Kaufman, Parker, Rockwall and Wise counties) that employ at least 50 professionals are eligible to apply. The ranking is then divided into Small, Medium and Large categories based on the number of professionals employed in the region.
