Low-Volume, FI-Branded Remote Deposit Solution

Remote Deposit Scan (RDS) is a web-based, single check image capture, storage and processing solution that enable financial institutions (FIs) to provide commercial customers the ability to deposit paper checks of all types electronically.

Part of the Enterprise Payment Solutions (EPS) platform of complementary solutions, Remote Deposit Scan is ideal for your business customers who have a low volume of checks to deposit daily. Business customers can now utilize a low document-per-minute check imager that directly attaches to a Windows®-based PC.  

Users scan a single check at a time and then key in the amount of each check as it is scanned. After the checks are scanned, the business clicks “submit” and the process is completed. This solution also allows users to enter additional data such as a customer’s name or invoice number.
